Any European cancer Institute and Institution active in the area of cancer,
including research, prevention and care, and which fulfils the conditions provided
for in Article 4
of EEC REGULATION 137/85 of 25 July, 1985 on the creation of an European Economic Interest
Grouping, may become Member
